Return & Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

At Gcabling, all products are final sale.

Once an order has been placed and shipped, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, or incompatibility.

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.

No Returns / No Refunds

All products sold by Gcabling are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

We do not accept return requests for:

non-defective products
incorrect orders placed by the customer
items that are no longer needed
shipping delays caused by the carrier

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items Only

We only provide support in the following situations:

The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
You receive the wrong item

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

To help us process your request, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or other appropriate solution at our discretion.
Refunds or returns are not offered.

No Return Shipping Accepted

We do not accept any packages sent back without prior written approval.

Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

Custom & OEM Products

All custom products, OEM/ODM items, and special orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order separately.

European Union Orders

Due to the nature of our products and our B2B supply model, all orders shipped to the European Union are also final and non-returnable.
